Refund policy

U.S. CUSTOMERS

For your convenience, online purchases and orders that shipped to a U.S. address may be returned to Self Contrast, free of charge, for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment, unless we agree to credit a different payment type. Please request for a return authorization and label from daysi@selfcontrast.com.

Customers can also send the item back to us on their own at the address below using any other traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.
